CollTech Sealant and TIM for LiDAR

LiDAR, also known as Light Detection and Ranging, is an abbreviation for laser detection and ranging systems. It measures the propagation distance between the sensor emitter and the target object and analyzes various information such as the reflected energy, amplitude, frequency, and phase of the target object's surface. This allows for the precise reconstruction of the three-dimensional structure of the target object.

In terms of its working principle, LiDAR emits laser pulses and measures the time it takes for the laser pulse to travel from the emitter to the target and back. Using the speed of light and this time differential, it calculates the distance to the target object. Additionally, LiDAR can capture information about the reflected spectral characteristics of the target object, aiding in the identification of materials and features of the object.

In the field of autonomous driving, a LiDAR sensor is one of the crucial components. It plays a vital role in providing high-precision environmental perception, effectively identifying and tracking obstacles in the vehicle's surroundings, ensuring safe driving in complex road conditions. Additionally, LiDAR can generate high-precision maps, offering accurate positioning and navigation information to autonomous driving systems.
